  3. List your tours — if you already use Ezy Travels Pro or Ezy Car Rentals, your tours sync automatically. If not, we'll help you get listed.
  4. Get bookings — travelers book directly through BookJa.me. You receive booking notifications instantly via email and WhatsApp.
  5. Get paid — biweekly direct deposit (every other Friday). NCB, Lynk, WiPay, or bank transfer. You keep 85-90% of every booking depending on your tier.

Do I need to be a JTB-licensed operator?

Yes. We verify JTB licensing or equivalent business registration before approving operators. This protects both travelers and the integrity of the marketplace. If you're working through your licensing, get in touch — we can talk.

Can I list a single tour, or do I need a full catalog?

You can start with a single tour. There's no minimum. List what you actually run.

How do I get my tours onto the platform?

If you use Ezy Travels Pro or Ezy Car Rentals, we install a small companion plugin on your site and your tours sync automatically every hour. If you don't use these, we'll help you list your tours manually for now — we're working on integrations with other tour platforms.

Can I set my own prices?

Absolutely. Your prices are your prices. We don't mark them up to travelers, and we don't require you to give us special pricing. The price travelers see is your price.

What happens if a customer cancels?

Standard policy: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Customers get a full refund, you don't pay commission on cancelled bookings. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, you keep the booking revenue minus our commission.

How fast do I get paid?

Biweekly. Every other Friday, we calculate everything you earned in the prior period (minus our commission and processing fees) and deposit it to your chosen account. There's a 5-day delay after a booking before it's eligible for payout — gives time for refund requests to come in.

Can I leave?

Yes, anytime. No annual contracts. No exit fees. Email us, we'll process your final payout. Your already-confirmed bookings will still run as normal.
