Plans change. Here's how cancellations work.
Free cancellation
Up to 24 hours before your tour: Cancel for free, full refund. We process the refund the same day; it appears on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Within 24 hours
Refunds within 24 hours of the tour start time are at the operator's discretion. Many operators are flexible; we'll relay your request.
Operator cancellations
If the operator cancels (weather, mechanical issue, illness), you get a full refund automatically. We'll also help you find an alternative tour.
How to cancel
Email us at info@tours.bookja.me with your booking reference, or message us on WhatsApp. Don't cancel directly with the operator — go through us so we can process the refund.
