How do I book a tour?
Find a tour you like, click Check Availability, pick a date and time, then enter your details and pay securely. You'll get a confirmation email and the operator will be notified instantly. Most operators reach out via WhatsApp within a few hours to confirm pickup details.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour, full refund. Within 24 hours of the tour, refunds are at the operator's discretion. Read the full policy.
Do you charge in USD or JMD?
Both. Switch currency using the toggle in the top-right of any page. We process payment in your chosen currency through eZeePayments — Jamaica's leading local payment gateway.
Are these operators licensed?
Every operator on BookJa.me is JTB-licensed (Jamaica Tourist Board) and verified by our team before listing. We confirm business registration, insurance where required, and customer reviews.
Can I contact the operator directly?
Yes. After booking you'll get the operator's WhatsApp number for direct coordination. Many operators provide pickup from your hotel.
I didn't complete my booking — can you help?
If you started a booking but didn't finish, email us at info@tours.bookja.me and we'll help you complete it or pick a different date.
