By using BookJa.me, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Marketplace role

BookJa.me is a marketplace connecting travelers with independent tour operators. We facilitate bookings and payments. The actual tour experience is provided by the operator, not us.

3. Bookings & payments

Payments are processed via eZeePayments. We hold funds briefly and pay operators biweekly. Bookings are confirmed when payment clears and the operator confirms availability.

4. Cancellations & refunds

See our Cancellation Policy. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour.

5. Limitation of liability

BookJa.me is not liable for the actions of independent operators. Tours involve inherent risk; participate at your own risk and follow operator safety instructions.
