How tiers work: all operators start Free. You move up automatically as you hit each tier's unlock threshold — no upgrade fee, no contract, no commitment. Volume is measured monthly; if you drop below, your commission stays at the higher rate for 3 months before reverting (no rug-pulls).
I don't have a website — can I still list?
Yes, but your tours and inventory need to live somewhere. The simplest path is to get an Ezy Travels Pro install (for tours) or Ezy Car Rentals (for cars) — they're built for this, and you get Verified Partner free.
How do bookings reach me?
When a customer books on BookJa.me, the booking is pushed directly to your operator dashboard. You also receive an email + WhatsApp notification with all the details.
When do I get paid?
Biweekly bank transfer in your preferred currency (USD or JMD). All bookings completed within a 2-week window are paid out the following Friday.
Can you set everything up for me?
Yes — we offer a white-glove setup for $149 (free if you use Ezy Travels Pro or Ezy Car Rentals). We upload your tours, configure pricing, and get you live within 5 business days.
What if I'm not approved?
We only list operators with a current JTB license and a verifiable track record. If we can't approve immediately, we'll tell you what's missing and you can re-apply when ready.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Most operators start on Free, upgrade to Verified once they prove demand, then move to Pro once they're consistently doing $1k+/month in bookings.
