Cancellation policy
Any cancellations made at least 5 days or more in advance shall not attract a cancellation fee. Any cancellation made less than 5 days but 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will incur a fifty percent (50%) penalty. Any cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours or on the same day as the event will incur a one hundred percent (100%) penalty. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by us within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
