Where to meet
Pickup available from: Pickup is available from most major hotels in the Montego Bay region, plus select villas and Airbnbs. Pickup time is shared via email/SMS after booking. If you are not staying in Montego Bay, additional transportation fees apply.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 5 days or more in advance: no cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 5 days but at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour time: 50% penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours or on the same day: 100% penalty. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframes outlined to be eligible for a refund.
